As a Director of Client Success at Scala, Estefania ensures the building and maintenance of long-term, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring that they will realize full value from their investments. She also supports the portfolio manager with investment solutions, trading activity, and asset allocation strategies.
 
Prior to joining Scala, Estefania worked in the Latin American Distribution Team for First Trust Portfolios and in Offshore Wealth Management with Wells Fargo Advisors and Merrill Lynch.
 
Estefania holds a BS in Finance and International Business from FIU and is currently a CIMA candidate.
